HOW

Just one hour from Berlin, in Germany’s capital region, we are building a founder community shaped by abundance rather than scarcity. A place where low operating costs meet high market demand, where focus and well-being are fueled by nature, and where early-stage ventures gain faster access to customers, partners, talent, and public support.

Run together with the workation retreat pioneer Coconat, Deutsche Bahn’s startup hub DB mindbox, and the paneuropean investor network Media Deals, the hub offers a 6-month equity free accelerator, free facilities, shared resources, and a unique atmosphere of cluster-specific collaboration.

Over the next three years, we are set to accelerate 60 startups across the sectors of mobility & logistics, ICT & creative industries, and health & wellbeing.

Funded by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg, Flämingo Startup Hub is part of our mission to design spaces and programs that empower people and organizations to ignore gravity.
