WHY
GIZ International Services Management Team understands leadership community work necessitates a regular re-definition of the company’s leadership purpose and mission. As the cultural essence of the company’s identity, its leadership community bundles its purpose and idea of "good leadership".
HOW
Ignore Gravity builds upon the deep democracy session outcomes and a strategy update process, to reconnect and elaborate on the co-created purpose, vision and mission to contextualize a collective understanding of leadership. Based on deep democracy sessions with the whole organization we build a diverse leadership development discourse around: health & remote work, Agile mindset & leadership, gender & diversity and personal leadership skills.
WHAT
We create a relationship between the current strategy and leadership community challenges, co-create leadership principles, reflect on the future leadership ideal, identify GIZ InS potential in the leadership community and co-create a new leadership model. Health & remote work, agile mindset & leadership, gender & diversity and personal leadership skills became topics of our one-year journey.
