WHY

Driving female empowerment, accelerating ideas, supporting a diverse working environment and giving women the space to develop their ideas further, connect and learn with, and from, each other.

HOW

After many in-depth interviews with successful female entrepreneurs, ignore gravity found out three key things. First, women are missing female role models in society. Secondly, the social environment advises young women not to start their own businesses and finally, that knowledge is the key factor that brings ideas successfully to life and is the first step in founding a business. Therefore, we have established successful founder camps and meet-ups for women who want to start their own business. We call the umbrella and overarching community: GRACE

WHAT

Grace is dedicated to building a digital, gender diverse and entrepreneurial future within the community. The annual Grace Summer Camp format enables ambitious women to start their own businesses. Grace is a catalyst, for strong women who want to achieve their goals faster, and a partner for future-oriented companies that want to promote these women. Grace promotes female entrepreneurs and enables women to set up their own startups. Grace also advises companies on issues relating to intrapreneurship, leadership, talent & employer branding.
