ignore gravity was looking to develop an innovative conference concept that is effective, inclusive and keeps the delegates engaged.

HOW

Thus, we initiated an innovative Silent Conferences format at the annual meeting of the 'Verband deutscher Unternehmerinnen' (Association of German Women Entrepreneurs). In addition, we created the 'She's Mercedes Innovation Lab Toolbox' for those who want more or who could not be there. This provides an easy and playful introduction to important new work topics.

WHAT

We inspired participants with brief Silent Conference Lectures on a variety of topics. From new forms of work, to creativity techniques and Design Thinking Workshops - the participants were able to try out user-oriented problem solving and brainstorming via headphones. Among other things, Grace Concept and Ideation Coach, Susanne Scheerer has spoken about Agile Culture and Leading with Purpose.
