Germany is one of the biggest and most important markets for Mercedes-Benz and it’s crucial to transform the national sales, service and financing organisation to meet the future requirements of the mobility market.
WHAT
Thus president Dr. Carsten Oder and his management team decided to use their annual leadership conference to trigger a mindset shift among the 150 executives of the Mercedes-Benz Vertrieb Deutschland.
HOW
For four years in a row, ignore gravity was responsible for the concept, development, and execution of the annual leadership summit for the Mercedes-Benz Vertrieb Deutschland. Using different methodologies and elements such as design thinking, pitch sessions, inspiring keynotes and learning journeys, as well as out-of-the-box activities such as breakdance and a ‘fuck-up-night’ the participants got in touch with new forms of work and developed a progressive leadership culture.
