Top Executive Development Program

We co-designed and executed a leadership development program of diverse top executive global leaders for Otto Group. Within a 12 days program all leaders got inspired and reflected on their organization, running a business, inventing new venture potential and leadership skills in a digital future.
WHY
Otto Group is in need of top, educated leaders. Their development programmes are known for a combination of individual development, development of management teams, and cultural transformation.
HOW
Corporate culture is the key to Otto Group´s future success. As anyone knows from today’s working landscape, cultural transformation in all dimensions is the most complicated initiative for any organisation. Otto Group focuses on purpose, mindset, empathy, speed and entrepreneurship.
WHAT
ignore gravity co-designed and executed a leadership development programme of diverse executive global leaders for Otto Group. Within the 12 day programme all the leaders were inspired to reflect on their organisation, running a business and to develop ways to invent new venture potential and leadership skills in a digital future.
The programme enables the participants to reconnect with their inner values and purposes, to move on to cultural transformation management and address questions of leadership and communication in the digital age. All participants met selected startups, had background discussions with founders and top management boards of other companies. The programme concludes by bringing together all participants into a development of TED talks, which were curated together with house of beautiful business founder Tim Leberecht and held in front of Otto Groups employees.
