Before running innovation and transformation projects with ignore gravity, she worked for several startups both in the US and Germany. As Head of Accelerator at leAD Sports, she gets to combine this experience with her personal interest in sports – to help promising early sports startups grow and succeed.

ignore gravity to me means starting off fresh every day, with little to no assumptions, open eyes and ears, surrounded by incredible human beings and with the mindset that everything is possible.
