Our New Vision: The Empathic Organisation

Empathic organisation

By accompanying a large number of transformation and leadership projects from startup to large corporation, it become clear to us: The main driver for cultural change is empathy.

Our new vision 'Empathic Organization' actively engages in a dialogue, as well as an elaborate, innovative and comprehensive leadership program for the leadership skills of tomorrow.

How did we come to that vision?

Susanne Scheerer and Jan Bathel met in Berlin in 2017 and soon found themselves in an exciting dialogue again. Two questions seem inexhaustible to both:

How do systems change? Can one plan and successfully manage cultural transformation?

Years of work in cultural change processes, new forms of work and organization with the Otto Group, GIZ, EWE AG and Daimler AG have shown that cultural transformation is putting tomorrow's executives in the midst of all digitalization to a new, challenging test.

After intensive research on social systems, joint work as systemic strategy consultants, leadership developers, concept makers, social entrepreneurs and cultural workers, both now combine their experiences in the common vision and program of an empathic organization.

Both visionaries share the insight: the secret of successful cultural transformation is empathy. Because a truly profound and sustainable cultural change only occurs when the emotional landscapes, behavior and communication of individuals change.

Accompanying the biggest cultural change process of Daimler AG 'Leadership 2020 - Change The Game' has proven to both: Empathy as a secret ingredient for successful social transformation can be trained.

Susanne and Jan are looking forward to sharing their experiences with you. Their 'Empathic Organization' program offers a comprehensive range of opportunities for leaders who have healthy, self-effective and happy employees in mind when they think about their work.
